“Authentic stone-baked pizzas | Fresh & locally sourced ingredients | Handcrafted crusts & signature sauces | Taste meets tradition at Aemporter Pizza”

Master Franchising

Master franchising, also known as sub-franchising, is a more advanced and layered franchise model in which A EMPORTER RESTAURANT grants a master franchisee the rights to develop and manage the franchise within a specific region or country. The master franchisee assumes responsibility for recruiting sub-franchisees, delivering training and ongoing support, and overseeing their operations to ensure they meet the brand's standards. In return, the master franchisee receives a portion of the fees and royalties generated by the sub-franchisees. This model is particularly well-suited for A EMPORTER RESTAURANT when looking to expand into international markets or unfamiliar territories, as it allows local experts to tailor the concept to regional preferences and regulations while maintaining brand consistency. Master franchising facilitates rapid growth and deeper market penetration without requiring the franchisor to manage every location directly.
